I Just Had To Make This!

 I was drooling over at this blog, and I just had to try and make this little cake. So much to love about it. First off, it is only a six inch cake, and that means that for those of you who don't want a huge cake lingering in the house, but want a nice cake fix, this is perfect.

The cake is pretty basic, but the frosting is oh so delicious! It is made with marscapone cream cheese, whipping cream, cocoa powder, and a bit of powdered sugar. In the original one, hers looks more loose, and I think it may have had something to do with the cream and the marscapone being possibly too cold, or I whipped it too much.
