It was all held at the Swedish American hall.
Here are the "Foxtail Brigade." Folksy, with great instrumentals. Take a listen over at their web page if you would like.
The next photos all speak for themselves. We have a little bit of behind the scenes and close ups of Nicole's collection. She was very busy with many details and construction of the collection this past month or so, and I think they turned out really pretty.
Lots of flowers, color and whimsy.
I have been very busy with preparing for Easter and getting the shop put together. Nicole has been a great help with helping me navigate Etsy, and hopefully it will be up and running very shortly. So many details and steps, and then when you throw in a holiday, yikes!! My head is spinning with everything. I really don't mean to tease with hopes of the shop opening soon, but it sure does require time and effort to do it the right way.
I hope everyone has a very happy and healthy Easter celebration.
The fabrics, colors and textures are wonderful! Oh to be thirty pounds thinner and thirty years younger!!
ReplyDeleteHope you and the family have a lovely Easter.
Best,
Bonnie
So pretty...looks like a fairy wedding! I can see how much work went into it...
ReplyDeletebtw...more horrible snow arrived over night...snow day for the girls...crazy.
I am so glad I am techie enough to be able enlarge the photos from this post. I was able to see up close all of Nicole's skills. I am still drooling over two of the pieces - the long dress with the to-die-for "lattice" sleeves, and the deliciouse-make-me-feel-young-again raspberry rain cape. I think she has a winner there. I could see just how much work went into every piece;I don't know how she finds the time to help you with your launch. Please let her know that some lady on a mountain in the middle of nowhere Tennessee was oohing and aahing over her work. Carolina
ReplyDeleteLooks like a lot of fun!
ReplyDeleteGreat colors and prints.
Hope all went well!
Melinda
Elizabeth, I love all those spring colors! So pretty!
ReplyDeleteI have been curious if you are going to make an Easter centerpiece this year, I have been thinking about it all well. Do tell!
Happy Easter friend,
xo
